To an overwhelmed 13-year-old pregnant girl, the options seemed so few. Beth Johnson* explored her “first option” at a local abortion clinic last week. Searching for another choice, Beth’s mother called LifeHouse. After leaving the clinic, their second stop that day was at LifeHouse for a tour and interview.
Beth told one of our house parents during her interview, “I really don’t want to consider abortion, but I know I’m not ready to be a parent. Abortion is simply the only remaining option.”
